Let The Demo Begin

Well in mid August we became the sole owners of 40 M.  We took over a mortgage, took out another paid cold hard cash not to mention our dues!  We originally thought a clean up and back on the market it would go, but when we went over to inspect it became clear that we couldn't get the price we needed without completely rehabbing the house.  R worked tirelessly with n and I at his side on some days in order to rip down, clean out and clear out an amazing amount of debris.  Here are a few photos from the early work we did in the basement.
